Terms and Conditions for Barakdeal

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using the Barakdeal app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided Barakdeal is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting users with third-party vendors for:

• Food & Grocery Delivery

• Pharmacy Products

• Parcel/Courier Services

• eCommerce Goods

3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

4. Ordering and Payments

• Role of Barakdeal: We act as an intermediary. The contract for the sale of goods is directly between you and the Vendor.

• Pricing: Prices are set by vendors. Delivery fees and taxes are calculated at checkout.

• Pharmacy Module: You certify that any prescription uploaded is valid and issued by a certified medical professional. We reserve the right to cancel orders if verification fails.

5. Parcel/Courier Service

• Prohibited Items: You agree not to send illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items via our parcel service.

• Liability: Barakdeal is not liable for damage to goods caused by poor packaging by the sender.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before the vendor accepts them.

• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our review and are processed to your original payment method or app wallet within 5-7 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability Barakdeal is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the products sold by vendors on our platform. We verify vendors but do not guarantee their services.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Assam, India.
